The Block 2021 has come to an end

Another fantastic season of the popular reality renovation show, The block has come to an end. The front garden and façade was the final piece of the puzzle revealed on Sunday, and now the houses are ready for auction day.

On Sunday November 7, Bronte Court, Hampton will come alive as the five houses go under the hammer, and one team will be crowned winners. The houses have indicative price guides ranging between $2.6 million and $2.8 million, which according to Domain is at least $450,000 above Hampton’s median house price of $2,150,000.

Scotty Cam commented “All the Blockheads have worked so hard this year to build five completely different three and four-bedroom family homes, so we’re really gunning for them to come home strong and win a life-changing amount of money. But as we know, anything can happen on auction day – it’s completely out of our control.”

Sydney all star contestants, Mitch and Mark, installed Powermesh products throughout their entire home. We think it’s the smartest home on The Block! The new owners will be able to control their entire home from their phone, wherever they are. They will also be able to use voice control, set timers and schedules and keep an eye on their energy use in real time. The beauty of Powermesh products is they are easy to install by any electrician, and it’s so simple for people of all ages to use. Smart homes used to be a thing of the future. Well the future as arrived and the reality of a fully connected smart home is now.

The Block auctions will air on Sunday, November 7 at 7.00pm on Nine and 9Now. From the Zimi team, we wish all the contestants the best of luck.
